Men, Women, and John Wesley Harding

So, I suck at drawing women. I decided to see if I could draw a woman with short hasir and have her still look like a woman. For comparison, I drew a man with long hair to see if he'd still look like a man. I present the lost member of Milli Vanilli (Billy Vanilli) and his Kewpie doll:
